You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use hay4d. Account holders found to be underage will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one hay4d account. Duplicate, shared, or fraudulent accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and balances.
All withdrawal requests require completion of identity verification (KYC). Players must provide a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership before funds can be released.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts or collusion — results in immediate disqualification and account closure.

Access to and use of hay4d is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
Age Verification: hay4d actively enforces its 21+ policy. The Operator reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed, all funds forfeited, and any winnings voided without exception.
The Operator reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in this clause.
To access the full range of hay4d Services, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process:
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and chosen payment method details. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
Each individual may maintain only one active Account on hay4d at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. The Operator employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the individual will be permanently closed and any balances or pending withdrawals forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. hay4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify hay4d support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
hay4d is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:
hay4d reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality until all requested KYC documents have been verified. Processing of KYC submissions typically takes between one and three business days.
hay4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are legally obtained, belong entirely to you, and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. hay4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any deposit at its absolute discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in the suspension of your Account pending further review.
You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

Results for togel draw markets are determined by the official draw outcome of the relevant number pool. In the event of a disputed draw result, hay4d's determination — based on the official result published by the relevant pool operator — is final and binding.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the hay4d platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator expressly disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to any Player — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their hay4d Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall hay4d be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. Where such mandatory statutory protections apply, the limitations above shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
hay4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, the Operator reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including Real Money and Bonus Funds, without compensation.
You may request the closure of your hay4d Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.

When material changes are made, hay4d will take reasonable steps to notify registered Members — for example, by displaying a notice on the platform or sending a notification to the email address associated with your Account.
The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the hay4d platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.2 above.
